Introducing Rhi & Gemma!

Rhi and Gemma have teamed up after seeing a need for professional dog groomers in the local area. A lot of groomers no longer take larger dog breeds or dogs that have anxiety or behaviour problems. With a staff of 5, there’s more hands on deck to get the job done, safely.

They both provide a warm and comforting space for your dogs in their local grooming salon, helping your dog to feel safe and to look and feel FURTABULOUS!

Hi, I'm Rhi! I have been grooming for 21 years and training groomers for the past 2 years. My passion is to train new groomers to have confidence and love their job with no stress. I like to make my work place bubbly, fun and inviting for everyone. I treat everyone like I would treat my family.

I enjoy grooming breed specific breeds, desheds and hand stripping. Being a groomer doesn't mean I just wash dogs, there is so much more in grooming. I thrive on my job everyday as I learn something new every day, every dog is different, so a new challenge is always coming.

My biggest passion is helping those dogs that have had previous bad experiences, I am kind warm and I love to take my time with anxious and aggressive dogs to give them a chance to change so they enjoy every minute getting pampered with me. In my spare time I have 3 children and a staffy, I love being outdoors and keeping busy with my family. Looking forward to meeting new people and loving your dogs.

Hi, I’m Gemma! I’ve been a dog groomer for about 10 years. I'm a very experienced dog handler having been involved in obedience and agility competitions and more recently the conformation show ring. I am passionate about educating dog owners on the responsibilities of dog training and grooming at home. I believe our dogs are a huge part of the family and providing them with the best opportunity to thrive in their environments is what I love to see.

My favourite style to groom would be any spaniel. My heart breed is English Springer Spaniels and outside of the business I compete in dog show competitions with a show team.

I run a busy household of 3 kids and our own springers. When I’m not working or showing I like to spend down-time as a family.

I also love all things admin and social media so when I'm not grooming in the salon I'm working in the office for the business as well!

I love your dog as if they were my own and can't wait to meet them!
